The "Head Mechanic"

I have been a licensed clinical social worker for the last 5 years and the last 3 years I have been focusing on the First Responder/Emergency Responder/Frontline Worker populations due to their unique mental health needs. I am the owner of Operational Wellness Project, LLC and my services include individual therapy as well as a variety of wellness services that can be implemented on-site at departments or virtually. I have been a volunteer firefighter since I was 16 years old, and I am from a family of first responders and veterans, which is why I am extremely passionate and dedicated to this population.
